(1) The employer may only require medical examinations to be conducted:a.when provided by statutes or regulations,b.in connection with posts involving particularly high risks,c.when the employer finds it necessary to protect life or health.
(2) The Ministry may issue regulations concerning the conditions for requiring medical examinations pursuant to this section.
