Legal basis: Adopted by the Ministry of Labour (now the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs) on 6 December 2011 pursuant to the Act of 17 June 2005 No 62 relating to working environment, working hours and employment protection etc. (the Working Environment Act) Section 1-3 (3), Section 1-4, Section 4-1 (1)-(4), Sections 4-3 (1), (2), (4) and (5), Section 4-4 (5), Section 4-5 (1) and Section 18-3 (2).
