Employers shall ensure that the provisions of these regulations are implemented.Chapters 1, 4, 5 and 6 of the regulations also apply to undertakings with no employees.Chapters 2 and 3 shall also be implemented by undertakings with no employees that engage in
-building and construction activities
-agricultural activities.
The regulations also apply to breathing air suppliers.
