(1) Transfer of an undertaking to another employer is not in itself grounds for dismissal with notice or summary dismissal from a former or new employer.(2) If a contract of employment or employment relationship expires because a change of employer involves major changes in the working conditions to the detriment of the employee, the termination is deemed to be a consequence of circumstances relating to the employer.(3) In the event of disputes pursuant to this section, the provisions of sections 15-11 and 15-12 shall apply correspondingly except for section 15-12, first paragraph, final sentence. The provisions of Chapter 17 shall apply correspondingly in so far as they are appropriate.
